Refund Policy

1. Our 14-Day Refund Promise

This policy covers purchases of an AI Metadata Cleaner (AMC) Pro licence. If AMC Pro is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You do not need to give a reason. To request a refund, email [email protected] from your purchase email address, or use the receipt/help link in the confirmation email you received from Paddle.

2. How Refunds Are Processed

Your purchase is handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited) acting as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are therefore issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

3. Your Statutory Rights Are Not Limited

This 14-day promise is our own voluntary offer and is provided in addition to, not instead of, any statutory rights you have. If you are a consumer in the EU, the United Kingdom, or a similar jurisdiction, your mandatory rights of withdrawal and your rights regarding defective goods remain fully intact, and nothing in this policy reduces them.

For downloadable software, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content can end once supply of the download has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgement. Where that consent is requested, it is presented to you by Paddle at checkout. Our 14-day promise above applies regardless.

4. About Your Licence Key After a Refund

AMC verifies licences fully offline, with no account and no connection back to us. That means a refund cannot remotely switch off or delete a licence key that is already installed on your Mac. When you request and receive a refund, you agree to stop using AMC Pro and to remove the licence from your devices. We rely on your honesty here, the same way the two-Mac limit is honour-based. After a refund is approved, we will not re-issue or resend that licence key.
